CAPITAL ONE BANK VS. ME

 I have a website called HowToAnswerASummons.com which offers The Defendant's Package in which I wrote that helps people answer their Lawsuits and Win them when they are being sued by Collection Attorneys and Junk Debt Buyers. 

I Beat Collection Agencies at their own game and believe me it is all a game.

The funny thing is I also beat an Original Creditor by the name of Capital One Bank. However, in my Defendant's Package that I offer I do not tell the tale of what happened between this lawsuit against Capital One Bank and myself until now.

I will tell you exactly what happened from the time I got served up until the day I got my Dismissal with Prejudice against Capital One Bank.

I will tell you all about the argument that I had with Capital One's Attorney when he basically played a scare tactic and told me to settle while I told him to stick it.

Just because you are being sued by an Original Creditor doesn't necessarily mean you will lose.  Capital One had an Affidavit against me, they had every single credit card statement filed with the court and they had a Customer Agreement. And I still won.

How did I beat Capital One Bank's Credit Card Lawsuit when they had all that evidence against me? Well, you'll just have to read it to find out ; )

4.  Capital One's Motion stating that they Complied with my Trial Rule (which they did not) Such errors Attorneys make!

They attached this to my Complaint and had blacked out my account number on the Affidavit and yet, an employee swore this was my account. (I talk about the errors of this affidavit as well maybe you have them on your affidavit if you were given one)

6.  My Motion to Strike Capital One's Customer Agreement and Dismiss their Case. Yes, that is right. Is the same thing happening to you? Do you have the right Customer Agreement laying out the right Terms and Conditions pertaining to your account?

7.  I will tell you all about the little room Capital One's Attorney pulled me into and what he told me to do and how I responded. All of this ended with him slamming the door shut behind me I really ticked him off and I'm proud of it.  It was also horrible to watch all these people being treated like dead beats in the Court hallways and told they were going to lose and better settle and they did. I wanted so badly to help them but I couldn't.

8.  I will tell you all about the Court Hearing between myself and Capital One's Attorney and hope that you laugh at what they did wrong, but then again they did nothing right per my case.

9. And finally I will show you the Order from the Court telling you what happened at my Hearing and what Capital One was told to do and decided to run for the hills instead thus, leading to:

Yes, even with all the Credit Card Statements, Customer Agreement, and Affidavit I managed to Beat Capital One Bank's Credit Card Lawsuit in Court!
